Let's join together to be the church that makes a difference.
Psalm 91:5a, 6a “Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night... Nor
for the noisome pestilence that walketh in darkness...”.
If we ever needed this promise, we need it now. This pestilence that is upon the world right now is like a stalker in the darkness. My aunt is currently on a vent and in a coma with COVID-19. My Uncle said they had not gone anywhere, and had no idea how she got it. Surely we all need the protection of the Lord in these days. This Psalm tells us not to allow fear to overtake us. We must allow ourselves to rest under his wings. We cannot change what is happening, but we can decide how we will face it. We can put our trust in the Lord. We allow his word to strengthen and encourage us.
